Despite having an active package linked through my bank, due to their system issue the package was never activated, and nearly PKR 2,000 was consumed within just 4 hours. To make matters worse, I was asked to take an advance loan just to contact customer support, only to have the complaint refused afterward. What made the experience even more frustrating was receiving automated messages claiming their team was trying to contact me, while no actual call was ever received. This is not just poor service, it reflects a serious lack of accountability toward customers. Until they get their systems and support process together, I would strongly advise users to be extremely careful while using Jazz services and to monitor their balances closely.”
