“Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience! Their AI stinks, they are slow to engage their NO humans! UUUGGHHH! Simple import of phone numbers and meaningful fields is a royal pain, basic import functions and flexibility are not there, what a joke. Next I tried setting up the knowledge base and help center and hit a number of limitations, poor directions, errors, bad advice from their AI agent, and slow humans to engage. This platform and company is a complete wreck. I would absolutely not recommend this platform. Edit: I am struggling to edit the company name on a new contact... oh should be simple, talked to another user, they couldn't figure it out either... they said contact support ...Arrrgggh... my colleague agreed, Intercom support STINKS! Andrew, do you have an 800# I can call? my experience with your AI chat and email was an experience I never want to have again :(”
