“This company is a total fraud. I signed up for a 7 day trial in March 2023 which I deeply regret. It was my mistake not to cancel within that time period. After that, they billed my company $990 for a year. I asked them to cancel my subscription when that year was up and the customer service representative said that they would. The following November, (not even a full year later) I was billed yet another $990 for a service I wasn’t even using. I reached out again and never got my money back so I replaced the credit card they billed thinking that would stop the charges. Somehow, they billed my new AMEX again a week ago. Here I am $3k in the hole for something I don’t use and you can’t get any help. I’m hoping AMEX can help me now to get off this crazy train. Please don’t use them. Their customer service is the worst!”

“Like others have mentioned. Customer support is non-existent. I signed up since I was curious about their offerings. But never got a chance to use a single service or AI credit. Update: They actually responded to me and issue a refund even though I asked for it past their 7 day period. Bumping my review from 1-star to 3-stars. I feel like a heads-up renewal email or still honoring a refund could've prevented a lot of these 1-star reviews.”

“Beware of 7 day trials or trials in general. Companies like this one have a tendency to benefit from structuring the default payment to be an annual ($500) after the trial period is over. I understand the policy is that is required for persons who are not sincere in their usage of a web based app and take advantage of the trial for their own personal benefit. However, I believe that Jasper AI is also disingenuous in their perspective by holding their subscribers captive if they find that their tool is not working for them. Look elsewhere for better, cheaper and more ethical options.”

“Our company looked at several AI tools. We do a tremendous amount of resumes writing. There are many job boards that offer resume writing but they do not have the encyclopedia of reference material to write intelligently. As a staffing agency we need to communicate effectively across many different fields. It allows us to simply and quickly enter information that we need more organized thoughts. It makes recommendations but like all AI products you must review the output for accuracy. The continued training from Emily is superior. She is very knowledgeable and available at a moments notice. Other AI tools are working from old data (some as much as 2 years old.) I would highly recommend working with Jasper to cultivate business relationships and general communications. Nice work Emily! “CRINGE WORTHY -- Their annual contract cancelation policy is predatorial and should be illegal. Customers should be allowed to pro rate or pay month to month as they choose. Instead this company locks you into an annual contract that is OVER $1,000 annually with no way out. They are so desperate for customers that their policy states they only give you 7 days to cancel, meaning by the time the charge hits your credit card and you notice the grace period will be over and you're stuck with them. This app is NOT WORTH IT. There are SO many good choices out there. Steer clear of this one --- NOT WRITTEN BY A BOT!”
