“Ripped us off. We’re a small cafe paying 450 a month for this app which is not the best: To top it off we canceled on the 18th expecting to have access to the app for the rest of the month as it is a monthly subscription. They locked us out so we have no rostering app now and charged us another $450.”

“This is the worst clock on clock off company ever!!! we have been paying for the system for 3 months and trying to get in contact with them to help us use the system. they have failed to get back to us. we have had enough we have had the system for 4 months and haven't heard nothing. they have said we will request a call back and they never get back to us we have also send emails but still nothing. so we are at this conclusion to delete our account we have had enough and we have a business to run. i wish i didn't have to give them 1 star!”

“No Customer Service, these guys are trying to rip off small business showing their presence onshore while in real life they exist in India. I’m paying $200+ but no one ever tried to call. “Set up with Deputy is difficult and syncing with Xero is a little inaccurate. I hope once we are set up the hours and hours of work will be worthwhile. Support team also lack product knowledge and perpetually "escalate" issues that are not resolved”
