“My experience with TPL Tracker has been extremely disappointing. From the very first day, the tracker was not functioning properly. Whenever a complaint is registered, it takes days to receive a response, and despite being told that a technician would visit and inspect the issue, no one ever arrives. To make matters worse, complaints are closed automatically and marked as "Resolved" without any actual resolution. This has happened to me multiple times. The day after the tracker was installed, I started receiving battery-related alerts when starting my motorcycle. Instead of providing a proper solution, the support team only offered explanations without resolving the underlying issue. What concerns me most is that during installation, I was informed that the tracker would continue operating for 7–8 hours even if the vehicle battery was disconnected. Unfortunately, when my motorcycle was stolen and the battery was removed, the tracker stopped working within approximately 5 minutes. The motorcycle was stolen at 8:00 PM, the battery was disconnected around 8:35 PM, and the tracker went offline by 8:40 PM. When I contacted the helpline for assistance, I was informed that they only provide vehicle recovery support for cars and not for motorcycles. This raises a serious question: if there is no effective recovery support for motorcycles, what is the purpose of installing a motorcycle tracker in the first place? Overall, the service quality, technical support, and reliability of the tracking system have been far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.”

“Extremely disappointed with TPL Tracker’s service. I have complained multiple times about one of my fleet vehicles not reporting its location, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is one of the most expensive vehicles in my fleet, and it frequently travels through high-risk (red zone) areas of Pakistan. A reliable tracking system is critical for its security, yet TPL Tracker has failed to provide a timely solution despite repeated follow-ups. Poor customer support, lack of urgency, and unresolved technical issues make this service unreliable. I expected much better for the price I pay. I cannot recommend TPL Tracker based on my experience.”

“The tracker is very useless,nor does it notifies of the location correctly. Yesterday only it showed of the same location even after 24 hrs of car being parked in a different area. No message or notification comes after crossing the toll plaza which is the limit. We have told the company multiple times of the time lag but nothing has been done. When the tracker is telling about the start and stop of the car so late..how can we trust it is times of theft.”

“Absolutely Unacceptable Service from TPL Tracker I was forced to accept a TPL Tracker installed in my new Honda Civic 2025. While initially assured I could monitor my car via their app, the entire system has proven to be a complete fraud. After a few out-of-city trips, I received calls, which falsely reassured me of their "backup support." However, for over a month, the device has been completely inactive on the app. When I raised my first complaint and critically asked, "If the device is dead and my car gets stolen, how will you lock it?" – the representative had no answer and simply disconnected the call. A follow-up complaint was met with empty promises of a callback that never came. It has now been over seven days with a dead tracker, and TPL Tracker remains in a deep sleep. This is third-class service with third-class customer support. They have left my vehicle completely vulnerable. DO NOT TRUST TPL TRACKER. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and provide zero security.”

“I had a poor experience with this company. The tracker’s accuracy is off by nearly a kilometer, which makes it unreliable. Customer service was also unhelpful and slow to respond and no knowledge about tracker detail. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by TPL Trakker. At the time of installation, your representative repeatedly contacted me with assurances and commitments. However, after receiving payment, the level of support and responsiveness has been highly unsatisfactory. No history & replay in application observed, the live location is frequently inaccurate, and my complaints have not been addressed satisfactorily. This is not only a failure of service but also raises serious concerns regarding the security of my vehicle. I am requesting to all of you, please don't install the TPL tracker in your vehicles, it is third class service, and your vehicles will be 100% at risk, zero security.”
