“Not recommending their service! 👎👎👎 Anyone who subscribes to Notion’s business account be aware! When you invite people to co-edit with you on the workspace even for very short time, they would charge you fee for annual seat and refuse to refund. They have no warning or approval process of adding new seat and you could be slap with a $3000 bill and no hope for refund after their “three day grace period”.”

“Notion AI is the worst! 👎👎👎 I bought a one-seat Business subscription, but when I invited colleagues to co-edit temporarily, Notion automatically added them as additional Business seats. I contacted Notion support immediately after I noticed, and told them I didn’t want the subscription but they refused to refund my crazy-high $3,509.26 bill! Very greedy. Totally not recommended! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”

“I've been charged for a subscription for over a year without even using the app. The customer support declared it as 'easy to change' but even after months of contact with them I eventually figured that the function to downgrade my plan was never activated, so I legally wasn't able to downgrade & was charged every single month. I requested a refund for all these months but just been told I missed the chance for claiming it - by only a year. WHAT A JOKE, 0 COSTUMER ORIENTED”
