“Great, clean headquarters. This campus has a lot of greenery and follows environmentally sustainable practices, such as compost and recycling bins. Very nice building architecture and the campus is quite large, separated by a highway. There are also some various cafes that are open to the public, however, some buildings are restricted. There is also a visitor center. Would recommend visiting!”

“Recently, I purchased two gifts my son and his friend for his friends B day so they could play the game together. I did this through my own Xbox account and sent them each the game. For some reason both were unable to get the games to download. I contacted support who called and eventually figured out that the games were only good to play on Xbox X. Both boys only had Xbox ones. The person said the would submit them for refunds so we could send them different games. It was frustrating enough this was going to take 3-5 days. I was notified 3 days later that the refund was processed. I checked my account and they only refunded 1 game. I reached back out to support who submitted the request again. I received a response again3 days later but this time saying that my account didn't qualify for a refund. They said my account had to many refunds and didn't qualify. I looked up my history and don't even show any refunds except for the one game the just refunded. So i replied explaining the situation again and that they can even use the game and asked if they wouldn't refund to just give a credit so I can get them something else. I also asked for a detailed explanation on why I wouldn't qualify and a list of the refunds. They responded with no additional info but that again I was denied. After several back and forth emails we they respond the same every time and produce no evidence or explanation they said that they would be closing the request and not responding anymore to my questions or issues with there decision. They have given no evidence to back up there claim that my account has had to many refunds. The history I show doesn't show that at all. They are just steeling from a 10 year old boy that it was a b day present. almost $100.00. I have 6 kids and have spent thousands upon thousands on games, on Xbox products over the years on my account and my kids accounts. To not have someone you can speak to live is absurd enough but to steel from you and give no explanation and then cut off communication when i am just asking for evidence to a better reason why they would do this is crazy. When i purchased the gift nothing came up about the game not working on there systems, it would have if I was buying for my own account. It seems like a flow in there system. Then to Steel from you is even crazier. I think at this point I will be transitioning all my kids and household to PlayStation. XBOX are Thief's. I do not recommend ever buying any digital games from this company who will keep your money if there is an error. Buy the discs.”

“Enjoyed exploring the community and its neighborhoods including their cafes and Microsoft visitor center, even a small park. I really liked that they have an athletic field within the campus! The parking garage was huge and very well organized with modern technology. Impressive!”

“We really enjoyed our visit there. It was like a college campus. The visitor center was really nice to visit, and the campus restaurant that is open to the public has great service and tasty food at really good prices.”

“My daughter loves computers and operating systems, so she has always wanted to see the Microsoft Visitor center museum. We were on a cross country road trip from Georgia and had this location as a must see destination. The center did not disappoint. They had various museum displays, plus interactive stations to test out new products and games. My daughter played Minecraft there for a while and we enjoyed the shop, as well. Overall, a must see place if you like to see the history of Microsoft and the future they are developing!”

“I bought Dragon Quest 11 from the Microsoft Store. Everything worked fine for two weeks. Then I got a message saying I hadn't bought the game and couldn't play it. All attempts to solve the problem have failed...”
