What’s most concerning is the way she handled a situation involving my staff. It appeared she was trying to get one of my employees fired, without realizing that I was personally overseeing the catering coordination from the very beginning—as the owner, chef, and manager, I stay involved in ALL aspects of the business. While there may have been some confusion regarding the catering details, that does not justify the way she chose to communicate and escalate the situation. The approach was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. I strongly believe that better communication and a willingness to clarify issues before escalating them would have prevented this entire situation. I hope she reflects on how she treats others moving forward.”
