“Extremely user-unfriendly account deletion process. My account cannot be deleted despite having no active paid subscriptions, because of “pending cancellation” and billing locks. Direct support email no longer exists, and contact forms are designed to deflect rather than resolve. This appears to be intentional design, not an accident.”

“Now, I am totally boiling!!!! I have been using Trello for several years and then (unfortunately) this "amazing" company acquired them. Well, guess what??? While I am Dutch (also living in the NL by the way), they have "ASSUMED" I was Russian and shut down my account! I have just noticed it (though they have sent an email 2 years ago) and I had my content of the last several years stored there. Well, this shows that it does not matter in which country you are, what the nationality is, your content and Cloud stored data can just be removed by an idiot sitting at his desktop in Atlassian who just decides that you do not need it anymore! Ridiculous company! If they do not restore all my data within 2 days, I will report them to the Dutch Consumer Rights authority, let's see how they explain the decision of a "smart" employee who decided that he can cut me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
