“Absolute filth in the web industry now. Can't reach support for anything, yet they will continually just hit your card whether or not you actually owe or have active services. (1) Had 2 invoices that shouldn't have existed. I cancelled my pro plan, yet it continued generating invoices and trying to charge my card for 2 months following the cancellation. Tried reaching out to support about this, and it took them 5 WEEKS ...THAT'S FIVE WEEKS....to reply, to which they responded with "we can look into getting rid of the invoices if you'd like us to do that. please let us know." Even though my initial ticket already told them to get rid of the invoices. They already had that green flag. Nonetheless, told them (again) to get rid of them. That was 2 weeks ago. Absolutely no reply, still. It should not take someone 7+ weeks to rectify an issue like this. I should be able to chat/call a support team and have it taken care of same-day. This is a reflection of poor business practices to have such a sparse support team that can't even answer basic billing questions in a timely fashion. (2) About a month ago I let a domain lapse...on purpose...and turned off auto renewal. Yet as soon as $50 hit my bank account (today), they STILL took it upon themselves to charge me $50 for that renewal. ....again....a month later and after I had cancelled the service. Just like with #1, where they tried to charge me for two months worth of services after I'd already cancelled the services. They used to be an awesome staple in web design. Now they're just useless. Migrating everything out of cloudflare as we speak, and drafting emails to tell my clients that we'll be doing the same with their domains, and of my clients who manage their own accounts, offering a free service to them to migrate them as well. CloudFlare is on their way out.”

“We originally just wanted to see the CF HQ building from outside because it has already closed for visitors since almost 3 hours, but while we were taking pictures a nice guy at the reception let us in, he even offered some snacks and drinks. Then I took some pictures of the lavalamp and went to my next destination. - Top rating, because of the nice receptionist and the lavalamps.”

“Been in or around web development since 1997. I thought I've seen the worst until I starting using Cloudflare. I'll spare us all the long review because I know they're not reading it and I don't have any more time to waste on them but I was just wanting to request that a case be opened for misconduct by one of their employees as I felt it was a privacy and security breach. Their own chatbot provides links and provides a workflow on what to click on. The links were dead and the things it said to click on didn't exist. When I told it that, it said to send emails to support at... abuse at... and security at... Each one spit out an automated message that said it was no longer accepting emails and to click on the same links that went nowhere. The bottom line is they lost what little remaining trust that they had. And this is the company that provides infrastructure for like 80% of the web right now. Nice, huh?”

“Went in here to check out Lava lamps and the security allowed us into the reception where you can see this. They were polite and appreciated our curiosity.”

“Subdomains like rf.gd, dedyn.io cannot be added to my account without changing the nameserver. Seriously? You force people to buy domains to use your services.”
